# What is Updraft?

Updraft is created by app development agencies with the objective to create an app distribution tool that addresses the needs of developers, project managers, QA-staff and comms-people alike. It integrates with your IDE but is also easy to use if you just want to simply and quickly distribute a new beta-release.
